Railcar Graffiti
Bringing their own captivating brand of Alternative old time, with influences from American string bands and Celtic roots. Their high spirited shows give a taste of older music traditions but with a new flair that is uniquely Railcar Graffiti.
Steampunk Xena
Inger Talbot, aka Steampunk Xena, is a fire performer and personality. She has been active in the steampunk community since 2012, and started manipulating fire in 2016. She has performed at venues along the east coast and after recently moving to Michigan has brought her own brand of fire and steampunk shenanigans to the Midwest!
Rollie Tussing
Award winning finger-style guitarist Rollie Tussing teams up with trumpeter Ross Huff to perform timeless classic and country blues, dewey-eyed tunes of the 20s, as well as godforsaken songs of the nineteenth century. Rollie’s own compositions are influenced by those same lonesome, haunted and abandoned melodies that we all forgot to remember.
Djangophonique
Djangophonique is an award winning project that delivers the infectious joy, and expressive freedom that is at the heart of Django Reinhardt’s jazz manouche. With respect for the tradition and a fearless creativity that bends the conventions of the style, Djangophonique is keeping the Hot Club revival alive and well. The result is a sound that’s unmistakable to fans of the music, and alluring to the uninitiated.
Van Helsteam
Introducing our Master of Ceremonies, Van Helsteam. For more than a decade, he has been a dynamic force in the steampunk scene, captivating audiences with his unique blend of music and mechanical marvels. Van Helsteam is a Michigan-based steampunk DJ and the visionary creator behind the steampunk event series, "Van Helsteam's Monster Hunter Bash".
Chase Brinkman
Chase Brinkman, an exceptionally skilled circus arts virtuoso, captivates audiences with breathtaking performances, ranging from aerial displays to graceful stilt walking. She has performed at various prominent events throughout the state, including Art 634’s Circus of Curiosities. Her mesmerizing performances leave spectators in awe.
Haywire the Automaton Bloke
Gene Morgan, aka Haywire the Automaton Bloke, makes his debut performance at Steampunk on the Bricks. An automaton created to shed some light on the darkness of the Aether, this mechanical wandering minstrel can be found entertaining guests with his unique and original stories in song.
